If you have credit in your Footy Addicts wallet, you can request a withdrawal directly from Account → Wallet → Withdraw Funds
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually by the Footy Addicts team.
Requests are typically reviewed once per week
Once approved, your bank or card provider usually takes 2–4 working days to complete the transfer
Please allow up to 7–10 days for the full process to be completed.
Automatic vs Manual Processing
Automatic Processing
If the amount you are withdrawing is equal to or less than your most recent wallet top-up, the withdrawal can usually be processed automatically.
Manual Review
If the amount you are withdrawing is greater than your most recent wallet top-up, the request will require manual approval.
This additional review helps us prevent fraud, comply with payment regulations, and protect the security of all users.
Where will the money be sent?
⚠️ For security reasons, all withdrawals are returned to the same payment method originally used to top up the wallet.
For example:
Card payments are refunded back to the same card
We cannot transfer wallet funds to a different card or bank account
This helps protect users against unauthorised withdrawal requests.
Are there any fees?
Yes.
When you top up your wallet, the payment gateway (such as Stripe) charges a transaction fee for processing the payment.
These fees are charged by the payment provider, not by Footy Addicts, and are non-refundable.
When withdrawing wallet credit, the following fee applies:
Minimum fee: £0.50
Amounts above the minimum: 4.3% + £0.20 per transaction
