If your payment has been completed successfully and you cannot see yourself in the attendance list; most likely you did not complete the sign in process ⛓️💥

Please note that our Join a game (for online payment games) is a 2 steps process
- Top up your Wallet
- Use credit from your Wallet to reserve your spot in the list
There are some cases in which the user breaks the Join game process when they see Payment confirmation. Successful payment does not mean you have been added to the game. You need to wait for the Join game confirmation before closing the app or changing the page you are on.
Tips ✍️
- You can check your Payments history from the Payments page. If you already have credit in your account you can use it to book your spot.
- The system charged spots not RSVPs. This means that if you leave and rejoin a game which you have already paid the system will not charge you again.
- Keep in mind that when you join a game you must receive a confirmation email as well.
