I want to control who can come to my game
On the Start a Game page, click the Private Game option.
Private Games are only open to players who have received an invitation to the game. Below are the steps to take if you want to Host a private game:
- Start a game and select Private Game option
- Copy the link of the Event Page and share it with your friends/those you wish to invite
- They can then Request an Invitation to your game
When a person requests an invitation, you will be notified via email. Then, you can send an invitation to them so they can join. Once you have invited them, the player has to modify his attendance (RSVP) to join the game.
If you are having problems getting the numbers right, you can Edit your game to Public by unticking the Private Game option.
In order to Accept invitations need to go on your game page, top right corner it has the Game Host menu and then Invite players. From there you can Invite people who Follow you or you can Accept invitations from people who Requested an Invitation to your game.
Keep in mind that this feature is only working on the website and not the app yet.
