Offer vacant spaces to those on the waiting list.
At the moment being on the waiting list doesn't seem to mean anything. If someone drops out, a new player can jump in and take that space. It might be better if those on the waiting list were offered those spaces first. I appreciate that there could be an issue if the space only becomes available at the last moment.

Waiting list functionality is based on pps getting notifications on game activity. In the past we had auto-fill in the attendance list and it didn’t work out very well.

Regarding the waiting list, we did have it like that in the past. The problem was that sometimes the spots didn't fill up as it was only referring to a limited number of players. The objective is to have a full game. Waiting list functionality offers to players the game follow up. Notifications on what is actually going on the game.
