A way to shortlist games for later
Have a save/shortlist button on the app so if you don’t immediately sign up you can find the games you are interested in easily later on rather than having to scroll all the way back to find it.

Improve the App UI for Game Discovery
When I want to search for a game on Sunday (when I usually play) I have to scroll past all the days of he week just to get to the Sunday games. Please fix this as it sometimes puts me off looking for a game until the day before and sometimes games get full by then.
7 votesWe should have a new version of the mobile apps soon. It will be easier to navigate through filters.
Current mobile apps also have filters on top right corner.

Allow people to choose areas where they want notifications for
I live in Putney, and work in King's Cross: the notification email about games lists a bunch of places where I wouldn't want to go and includes a few games I wouldn't be interested in (e.g. 5-a-side). It would be better if I could tailor the notifications.

Expansion in Greater London areas
I am from the Bexleyheath area, so it quite a trip to reach most games.
Heck I'd even host a few.
9 votesWe are looking to work with venues outside London. Stay tuned.

A filter to narrow down the types of games
A filter to narrow down the types of games you are getting form the main menu. 5/6/7/8 aside, 11 aside, indoors/astro, free/paid games...also maybe put the radius location of the games - yo could put a post code and define to see games that are in 1/2 mile, or 1 mile, or more from that post code.
12 votesIn the new mobile version we plan to add more visible filters.

Video recording
record the matches and send a link for players to watch later - link can expire later so as not to put pressure on storage space but a single static camera would add so much to the post-match fun. Camera may be discussed with venue as well...

Footy Addicts T-shirts
You could sell 2 different colours for let's say £20 and get 2 matches for free, as an example.
- It will give you exposure and visibility
- It will solve the problem of playing with the tees.
- It will solve the prob of playing with the tees smelling like rubbish after someone else has used it or when it wasn't washed from previous matches.
- It will define 2 colours to wear even though not everyone buys the T-shirts
- It will increase customer engagement with the brand.
- It will position your brand.

Players rating
The possibility of rating a player after the match and an algorithm that creates the teams based on the players level and their positions chosen, to avoid playing uneven matches. Plus it will make it more interactive.

Pay a set monthly fee for unlimited games?
Set up a direct debit for a monthly fee so you can play unlimited times per month.
18 votesFooty Addicts is an open platform and various organisers post their games online. We need to review this how it could work on the games Footy Addicts Staff organise.

I would like to see a category for over 40's. Also it would be helpful if each game had a rough guide of the standard eg low/medium/high
Over 40's category

Reward scheme
Hi guys, got this idea. Let’s say you play 10 matches you would get 1 one on Footy Addicts. Like the Nando’s reward scheme, instead of amazing chicken you can score amazing goals. This creates 1) value for money 2) an incentive for customers/players 3) something to show that the footy addicts team appreciates its customers/players. Food for thought. Would be pretty easy to manage and can apply the customer/player with credits with the chosen amount. Definitely would play more games if this was introduced
20 votesHey mate,
This is something we are looking to do. It is a bit more complicated as mechanics for the code as we do not run only Footy Addicts games online. But we are looking into it :)
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

A feature to see in what games you are in (subscribed) with google maps and google calendar export
I want to have a feature to list all games I am in, with the address and hs. and a link to open google maps with the address (to get the route to go).
also, a button to export the event to google maps. (its one of the most popular ideas here..)9 votes -
A filter to show only indoor games and venues
As a user of footyaddicts I'd like to see only indoor games and venues as that's my preference. I'd like this filter to extend to the emails as well. At the moment I receive an email about upcoming games but no idea if they are indoor or outdoor. I'd also like notification about any new indoor games starting up in the area.

Allow last minute vacancy alerts
The options to put an alert on a game. So iby a given time say half an hour before a game if there are still spaces it will send you a notification saying "spaces still available, do you want to play". Reasom being, I dont always know if i can make a game due to varied finish times a work, traffic etc so i dont book onto a game to avoid losing my booking fee if i book and no show.

Have a formation list to place players on each team
For example if someone posts an 11 a side game, we would like to know immediately the position preference of the player just signed up to the game. So you can have a basic 442 formation and the player joining or the organiser can put that player in that position to that they know where they are going to play in advance and also have n idea of what type of players are missing from the game. Like if there is a lack of left backs or a lack of goalkeepers, so people will already know that they may have…
